OC Law 1 day open water fishing competition is for everyone.
Prizes for:
Snapper, Kahawai, Trevally, Tarakihi, Kingfish, Boat, land-based and measure only prizes.
Cash prizes up for grabs
Tickets $35 per entry

Join us for a fun night
Get ready to play your cards, roll the dice and have a fun night at the club! All profits go to our new Toilet renovation project!

Athenree Hot Pools & Holiday Park Easter Harbour only Fishing Competition
This competition is for the whole family and is based in our beautiful harbour.
Tickets are $35 and available from ReelnWave and the club.
Cash prizes, everyone can enter and be part of a great day.
New World Waihi Junior Fishing Competition
This one is for our Juniors!! Get your parents to get the boat ready to go fishing in the harbour and have a great day on the water. Don’t have a boat? Don’t worry, you can fish off the jetty and rocks to get your catch!
Every child goes away with a gift pack, snack box and heaps of other goodies. Great prizes for Snapper, Kahawai, Trevally and Piper. Entries are for all children under the age of 16 on the day.

Reel n Wave, Lion Red Measure comp
Reel n Wave, Lion Red & Okuma measure, catch and release competition is a great summer comp for the whole family. This is an open water event within chart 54.
Heaps of great prizes for fish measured, caught, and released Tuna & Marlin. Boats points cash prize!
Tickets are $50 each and are available from Reel n Wave and Waihi Beach Bowentown Boating & Fishing Club.
Nauti Girls 2026
Nauti Girls 2026 will be another fun-filled, action-packed day getting all the ladies out on the water for a fish and a good time.
This harbour only fishing competition is an easy, fun way to spend the day on the water.
